Mikipage is in alpha. The plans below are real, and Starter is paid for through Stripe.

Start Starter under Account → Plan & usage: pick your price (the suggestion is $5, and $5 is the minimum), pay on Stripe's checkout page, and the plan is yours as soon as you are back. It renews automatically every 6 months at the same price. Manage billing on the same page opens Stripe's portal, where you can change your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Starter until the end of the 6 months you paid for. Pro is by arrangement — get in touch.
Free is a real plan, not a crippled one. 100 notes is enough to build a few pages over something you actually care about and see whether the synthesis is any good. It is not enough to live in, and that is the point.
The Pro numbers are the product's own ceilings. They apply to every account whatever they pay — they exist so one runaway import cannot cost everyone else, not as something to buy past. If you have a real reason to need more, get in touch.
Cancelling never deletes anything. You keep every note, page and group; you just cannot add more until you are back under the Free numbers. See [1].
AI credits
Starter includes 50 AI credits/week and Pro 200/week, regardless of your balance or Starter payment amount. Free has no recurring allowance. Each account has a personal seven-day schedule anchored to the UTC date its paid plan starts. The first allowance arrives on the next successful daily job, normally within 24 hours. Upgrading to Pro delivers a full Pro allowance on the next job and restarts the schedule from the upgrade date; existing credits remain. Each allowance expires 30 days after issuance, including after cancellation. Cancelling keeps the allowance active until your paid term ends. Missed intervals during downtime are skipped; the original weekday stays the same.

Introductory price. Future purchases may cost more. Purchased credits never expire. Credit purchases are non-refundable, except where legally required.
- New accounts start with 500 free AI credits. Credits pay for AI work you request from Mikipage — refreshing a page, suggesting pages, matching notes, polishing a note, or chatting.
- Free credits expire 30 days after they are granted. Free credits are always spent before purchased ones, soonest-expiring first, and Account → Plan & usage shows when the next ones expire. Purchased credits never expire.
- We currently offer free background sweeps, including on the Free plan, roughly every 6–12 hours by default. We intend to keep offering them beyond alpha, but availability and frequency may change. You can always use AI credits to start an AI run right away. See [2] for coverage and how to opt out.
- Credits are consumed in proportion to the work done. Content that hasn't meaningfully changed since it was last processed isn't reprocessed, so keeping pages current is much cheaper than building them the first time.
- Using AI through an assistant costs nothing. If you connect Mikipage to Claude or another AI assistant, your assistant does the work with the subscription you already have, and no Mikipage credits are spent. See [3].
- Running AI yourself through the API costs nothing either — the API can hand you the prompt to run against your own model. See [4].
Your balance and a full transaction history live under Account → Plan & usage. If you run out and need more during the alpha, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
What we've committed to
Two things, so you can plan around them:
- Every paid tier is feature-complete. Paying more buys more usage — room for notes and pages, AI credits, storage — and never unlocks features. Nothing you can do today will move behind a paywall.
- Your data is never hostage. One-button export on every plan (Account → Plan & usage), an API that reaches everything, and markdown throughout. See [5], and [6] for what happens if Mikipage ever stops.
